RBC-3810 epoxy system is a filled, medium viscosity, semi-flexible version of epoxy resin RBC-3800. It exhibits less shrinkage than the RBC-3800 and physical properties are better and thermal conductivity is increased. Like RBC-3800, it is an epoxy system mainly used as for epoxy potting and encapsulating and/or insulating a variety of electronic components. The RBC-3810 epoxy system is also available in a pigmented version to insure a proper mix.
