Warwick, RI - March 24, 2008 -- RBC Industries has developed an exciting new single component, UV curable adhesive for bonding ferrite cores. Its cure-on-demand capability eliminates the need for lengthy cure cycles or elevated curing temperatures. UV 5037-A is a polyurethane based UV curable adhesive which demonstrates superior adhesion to ferrite. Exposure to a UV light source having a wavelength of 265-335nm and intensity of 300 watt/in will elicit a full cure in 3-5 seconds. The combined advantages of a single component material and cure-on-demand technology make this adhesive an excellent candidate for high speed production assembly.

Product Specifications:

Color

Clear

Percentage of Solids

100%

Mixed Viscosity @ 25oC, cps

1600

Operating Temperature, oC

150

Tensile Strength @ 25oC, psi

8000

About RBC Industries:
RBC Industries is one of the world's fastest growing polymer formulators.
